Booking, Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Policy -

25% of the package cost is to be paid to confirm the booking.

50% of the package cost is to be paid 60 days before the tour begins.

25% of the package cost is to be paid 30 days before the tour begins.

2. What is your refund policy?

Refunds will be given based on the processing time of the third-party service provider like hotels & other land logistics service providers, which may vary from 6 to 12 weeks from the date of cancellation.

3. What is your cancellation policy?
​

Cancellation is done 60 days before the tour date - 25% of the package cost will be deducted.

Cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days before the tour date - 50% of the package cost will be deducted.

Cancellation is done between 15 to 30 days before the tour date - 75% of the package cost will be deducted.

Cancellation is done 15 days before the tour date - No refund will be provided.

NO REFUND FOR NO-SHOWS.

For any reason, if you leave the tour midway NO REFUND will be provided.
