As the visionary behind Motorcycle Escapades, Deepak Chandrashekar embodies the spirit of adventure. With an MBA and a decade of expertise in the Travel & Tourism industry, he has guided clients worldwide to some of the most exotic destinations on motorcycles. His unwavering commitment is to craft exceptional motorcycle tours across India, Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, and other Asian gems.
Deepak’s passion for motorcycle exploration and off-road riding is unparalleled. He feels most alive when embarking on motorcycle tours, finding joy in discovering new terrains and sharing those experiences with his guests. Known affectionately as “The Mountain Child” by those who know him well, Deepak’s deep-seated love for the Himalayas fuels his mission to deliver unforgettable adventures.
Sagren Nair
Rides and Community Head
Sagren Nair is an accomplished engineer and currently serves as the Global Product Manager at Continental Motorcycles, Germany. With over 50 years of riding experience across road, track, and off-road disciplines, he brings a wealth of technical expertise and real-world motorcycling knowledge. A passionate motorcyclist, his current garage includes a Yamaha MT-10, Ducati Hypermotard 1100, and KTM 890 Adventure, complemented by a collection of classic motorcycles including the iconic Moto Guzzi Le Mans Mk1 and Kawasaki Z series from the 1980s. His extensive riding experience and enthusiasm for adventure travel make him a valued member of the Motorcycle Escapades community.
Vishnu Nair
Head of Operations
Meet Vishnu. If he's looking at a freshly paved highway, he's probably trying to figure out where the dirt track runs parallel to it.
As the Operations Head for Motorcycle Escapades, he’s the guy pulling the strings behind the scenes and leading from the saddle across India, Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka. He doesn't just run tours; he lives for the dust, the unpredictable weather, and the kind of backcountry grit that makes you question your life choices halfway up a mountain pass. With a BCA degree under his belt and years of grinding through city launches and high-stakes corporate sales and operations, he knows how to run complex, multi-country logistics without missing a beat. But out on the trail, all that corporate background gets left behind. He’s all about mechanical sympathy, brutal honesty, zero sugarcoating, and a firm belief that if you aren't covered in mud by sundown, you aren't really riding.
Srishant Sawant
Operations & Expedition Management
With an MBA and 13 years of corporate experience, Srishant traded boardrooms for the open road to pursue his passion for travel and adventure. An avid explorer, he has navigated India’s most challenging terrains from the high-altitude passes of Ladakh, Spiti, and Zanskar to the rugged mountain roads of Uttarakhand and the scenic routes of Goa.
At Motorcycle Escapades, Srishant merges his corporate background in strategic planning, coordination, and problem-solving with extensive on-ground riding experience. He ensures every adventure is well-planned, seamless, and safe delivering unforgettable, hassle-free motorcycle expeditions from start to finish.
