Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. However, since we make prior arrangements to ensure the best experience for you, the following cancellation charges will apply:
 

• Cancellations made more than 90 days before the trip start date – 25% of the package cost will be deducted.

• Cancellations made between 90 and 60 days before the trip start date – 50% of the package cost will be deducted.

• Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before the trip start date – 75% of the package cost will be deducted.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the trip start date – No refund will be provided.

• No Show – No refund will be provided.

We recommend that all participants secure comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as illness, flight delays, or other emergencies.
